Power Of Phazer
a Card game by Hector Palencia
At age 14, after his school banned playing computer games, Hector Palencia started crafting his own card game to play with his friends.
Inspired by the games that he was no longer allowed the play, he designed Power Of Phazer. The game was refined over the years, drawing from minimalistic art styles, real-life inspirations, and game theory to encourage players to balance strategy with comradery. The name Phazer reflects community power, symbolizing collective strength in gameplay.
You can find out more about the game in Hector's talk below or on the game's web page.
